Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Set a small, oven-safe bowl of water – it doesn’t have to be full – on the bottom rack of your oven.
  3. Beat the eggs in a large bowl until the mixture is frothy. Alternately, you can separate the yolks and mix them separately.
  4. Combine your non-dairy milk and honey with the eggs. Stir well.
  5. Slowly add in the coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Mix everything together until you have a smooth, thick batter similar to pancake or waffle batter.
  6. Pour the batter into a lightly greased bread pan lined with parchment paper and bake for approximately 47 minutes. Check on the loaf after about 40 minutes to make sure it isn’t cooking too quickly.
  7. Remove paleo bread from the oven and let it cool. Wait at least 20 minutes before you slice the bread.
  8. Top with veggies, meat, or jam and enjoy!
