  1. Combine almond butter, vanilla, coconut sugar, and sea salt in a small bowl. Mix gently to incorporate ingredients.
  2. Stir in mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs. Drizzle with maple syrup and stir to combine.
  3. Using a knife, slice the green part off of each strawberry. Discard or save for another recipe. Remove part of the center of each strawberry with a melon baller or small spoon.
  4. Spoon mixture into hollowed strawberries. Enjoy immediately, or place in the fridge or freezer if you want the filling to harden slightly.
