  1. Combine coconut oil, chocolate chips, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in a pot over medium heat. Stir frequently with a spatula until mixture becomes smooth and glossy.
  2. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 pan lined with parchment paper. Stir in remaining 6 tablespoons of peanut butter, then add peanut butter cups.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate for 1 to 1 hours.
