  1. Drizzle avocado oil in a large pot and heat on medium high.
  2. Add a few popcorn kernels to test the oil. Place the lid on the pot and let your kernels pop. (See tips in my post above)
  3. After your first few popcorn kernels pop, add remaining kernels. Pop over medium-high heat until all (or most) of your kernels pop.
  4. Remove lid and let popcorn cool for a couple minutes. Season popcorn with garlic powder, sea salt, and fresh herbs. Drizzle with olive oil. Sometimes I wait until I place the popcorn into individual bowls to add seasoning, herbs, and olive oil. This makes it easier to customize each serving.
  5. Scoop seasoned popcorn into bowls and enjoy!
