Hey guys, hope you’re all enjoying the holiday weekend! I’m going to keep this post short since this deal is only good today and tomorrow. You can score a free $10 gift card at Target if you spend at least $50 on groceries. To get this deal, you need to clip the $10 gift card coupon in this week’s Target ad or text “GROCERY” to “TARGET” for a scannable code.
You can use coupons and Cartwheel after you hit $50. That means you don’t actually have to pay $50 out of pocket to score the free gift card. As long as your pretax total is at least $50 and includes qualifying food and beverages, you get the gift card.
Here’s what I got for $23.29 after coupons, Target Cartwheel, and rebate apps (not familiar with rebate apps? Get the scoop by reading this article). The $23.29 includes tax.
I also got a free $10 Target gift card, so I guess technically you could say I got all this food for $13.29. I personally hate when couponers count gift cards as cash (sorry, guys!), so I’m going to stick with my $23.29 total.
I’m not going to list every coupon/rebate/Cartwheel I used, but I’ll briefly highlight a few of the best savings:
Chobani Yogurt Dip
$1 coupon on Coupons.com
$1 Ibotta rebate if you buy 2
$1.50 or $1 Ibotta rebate depending which flavor you buy
I had a $1.50 coupon, but you can get a $1 coupon on Facebook
$0.75 coupon (I found a coupon on my bottle, but sometimes Suja.com has coupons)
There are also some great Cartwheel deals ranging from 20% to 30% for all of the granola bars I bought. I had $1 coupons from an in-store promotion that recently took place in my area, but there are also some coupons on Coupons.com for Nature Valley.
I forgot to bring my coupon for strawberries, but Driscoll’s has some on its website.
